Pamela Armbrust, with 20 years experience as an art teacher, began to make Red Oaks Pottery in rural Illinois. Her early love with working with clay inspired this unique line of earthenware from Colonial America and Europe. Antique textiles also provide design inspiration for many of her floral pieces. She has been a special Early American Life artist.
