William H. Roy's traditional folk art carvings, with his unique aging finish, are sought after by art patrons and art lovers around the world. These wonderful pieces are one-of-a-kind and very limited editions and are sometimes featured in Early American Life.
Bill graduated from Parsons School of Design, majoring in graphic design and fine arts. He worked as a graphic designer, art teacher and landscape architect until 1993 when he decided to pursue his passion in folk art. He has been chosen by Early American Life for it's Directory of Traditional American Craftsmen for several years. He is in the Abbey Aldrich Rockefeller Museum and the American Folk Art Museum Gift Shops as well as Country Living, Early American Life and Colonial Homes.
